Who we are
PT URB Berkah Global is an Indonesian limited liability company headquartered at Jalan Benesari, Kuta, Bali, Indonesia 80361. We are a sourcing, processing and export business specialising in Indonesian agricultural commodities and natural products.
Our portfolio covers six commodity groups: green coffee, cured vanilla, whole cloves, cassia cinnamon, moringa leaf, and coconut shell charcoal briquettes. Each is sourced from the region of Indonesia that produces it best — coffee from Aceh Gayo, Toraja and Kintamani; vanilla from Bali, East Java and Papua; cloves from Maluku and North Sulawesi; cassia from Kerinci in Jambi; moringa from East Nusa Tenggara; and coconut shell from the processing centres of Java and Sulawesi.
Indonesia produces an extraordinary range of agricultural raw materials, but the gap between a good harvest and a good shipment is wide. It is closed by careful drying, honest grading, disciplined moisture control and complete documentation. That work is what we do.
What sets us apart
We buy direct. Purchasing from cooperatives and processors rather than trading intermediaries means we can influence quality at the point where it is decided — during harvest and drying — and it means we know exactly where each lot came from.
We test before we ship, not after. Moisture is checked at intake, after processing and again at container stuffing. A pre-shipment sample from the actual lot goes to the buyer for approval before loading.
We handle the paperwork in-house. Certificate of Origin, phytosanitary, fumigation, laboratory analysis and the full commercial set are prepared by our own team and sent to the buyer in draft for approval before issuance.
We are flexible on volume. We ship full container loads and we ship trial quantities. A new buyer should be able to test a supplier without committing to twenty tonnes.

Six checkpoints between the harvest and your port
Our standard operating procedure applies to every commodity we ship. Buyers with additional requirements — organic certification, steam sterilisation, specific microbiological limits — can have those written into the contract specification.
Step 01
Sourcing
Purchase agreements are made directly with cooperatives and processors in each growing region. Harvest windows, drying method and target specification are agreed before the season starts.
Step 02
Intake inspection
Every incoming lot is weighed, sampled and tested for moisture, foreign matter and visible defects. Lots outside specification are rejected at intake rather than reworked.
Step 03
Processing and sorting
Sorting, sieving, grading and — where required — milling or steam sterilisation are carried out to the buyer contract specification.
Step 04
Laboratory analysis
Moisture, volatile oil, ash, protein, microbiology and heavy metals are tested as the commodity requires. Third-party accredited analysis is arranged where a buyer requires it.
Step 05
Pre-shipment sample
A representative sample drawn from the actual lot is couriered to the buyer for approval before the container is stuffed. Nothing ships against a type sample alone.
Step 06
Stuffing and documentation
Moisture is re-verified at the moment of loading. Containers are lined and sealed under supervision, and the full export document set is issued for buyer approval.

We quote what we can deliver and we ship what we quoted. If a harvest falls short of the agreed specification, we say so before the contract is signed, not after the container is loaded.

Every lot is recorded back to its growing region, cooperative and harvest window. Buyers who need to document their supply chain can do so with our records.

Multi-region sourcing and forward agreements with our growers let us hold specification and volume stable across seasons rather than passing harvest volatility on to you.

We buy directly from farming families and pay against quality. Better drying and better sorting earn a better price, which is how standards rise across a growing region.

- Health Certificate and MSDS where applicable
